RISING SENIOR CANCELLATION POLICY

1) Refund requests must include Doctor's note specifying injury.
2) Requests must be received 30 days prior to the event start date.
3) Accepted refunds will be processed within 30 days of the end of the event.
4) Refunds will be processed less a $50 administrative fee.

UNDERCLASSMEN CANCELLATION POLICY
1) We have a strict "no-refund policy" for all events. All cancellations will result in deferred registration or "credit" towards a future Regional Combine or National Combine.
2) Requests for deferrals must be received 60 days prior to the event. 50% credits will be applied when received within 60 days of the event.
3) Credits will be applied within 30 days of the end of the event. 


WEATHER DELAY OR CANCELLATION
We will work with facility management to do our best to make up any lost time due to weather delays. If we are forced to delay or cancel the event due to weather, no refunds will be given.
